Releasing Date For "Play"

"Play" - the third piece from Feelings In A Box Called Heart - will be released on Booksie on this Thanksgiving [November 22th], Recanto das Letras [November 27th] and Latino Poemas [November 29th]. Latino Poemas also released a note last week informing that due to a problem in the site, many releasings were delayed. "If U Told Me That" was re-scheduled to be released with "Play" on 11/29.

Last week, we announced that "If U Told Me That" will be released on Octuber 5th. Now, we confirmed that Recanto das Letras will release the piece on Octuber 8th and Latino Poema will do it on Octuber 11th.

The piece was the second piece from "Feelings In A Box Called Heart" and it was originally released in 2005 at DotLyrics. All the sites confirmed, as DotLyrics has done before,  the releasing of "Play" will happen a few weeks later, in the end of the month.

"If U Told Me That", second piece used to promote "Feelings In A Box Called Heart" (2005), will be released in Octuber 5th on Booksie. The site has confirmed the information and also said that the author scheduled more two works to be released until the end of the year.

Booksie Announces FIABCH For Octuber

Booksie posted yesterday a press releasing informing some of the upcoming works in the site. Among them, there were "Feelings In a Box Called Heart" scheduled for Octuber. Ddue to the lack of information, we still don't know which piece(s) will be released from the songbook.

"FIABCH" was originally released in 2005 in DotLyrics. Among other pieces to promote this work, it were released in the site "Alive", "The Silence" and "If U Told Me That".

Felipe Presents "Esencial" At Georgetown College

This afternoon, Felipe did a very special participation at the Talent Event Show in Georgetown College in KY, USA. The author presented "Esencial", one of the songs from his spanish songbook released in 2009 - "Amor Y Otros Desastres". Besides that, Felipe spoke to the crowd and talked about how was the experience of writing AOD.

John Brown Talks About His Meeting With Felipe

Yesterday, John Brwon [one of DotLyrics' site managers] commented in the weekly editorial post of the site about his meeting with Felipe in KY. Brown said that after years speaking with Felipe through emails and webconferences was such a surprise finally to meet him. According him, the meeting happened during the afternoon at small coffee house in Georgtown city, KY. In the editorial, Brown described  Felipe as a nice funny guy. 

"I've talked to that guy for years by email and chat conferences, but talking face-to-face gave me a new perspective on him. It's when you know a friend from your job and you have the opportunity to meet him out of work. I could easily understand why ABNW caused such a fuss in the forums and sites. Talking to Felipe during 5 minutes and it's clear that the man not only talked the talk as he walked the walk. It's amazing"

Felipe Joins The Poetry At Night Event in NOLA's

Next Friday, Felipe will participate in the Poetry At Night Event in NOLA, USA. The annual event counts with poetry reading of several artists as musical presentation too. The four days event starts on March 8th and goes until the 11th. Felipe confirmed his presentation on Friday night. The author will probably present the last pieces from ABNW, released in 2010.

Felipe's Message To The Readers

Well, another year has just begun and when I look back and see all the great things that happened in this last two years, I had to take a time to thank you, because all of you - friends, family and readers - helped me to achieve this amazing deeds. 2011 was a great year. First, I could finish the promotion for ABNW. I got a huge feedback and a lot of support during all this journey, that led me to conquest a chance to publish the book and a deluxe version, 3 awards and 7 straights #1 on DotLyrics (thank you so much for that!!!).

Second, I could meet and work with fabulous people as Saeme, Donatella and Franko. I really appreciate all those experiences and I can truly say that this whole journey wouldn't be the same without your comments, your criticism, your cheering... Your love. And for all of that, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for you guys accpeted and embraced this project with the same passion that I had to write it.

At last, within this new year that starts, I see myself engaged in new projects, writing again and getting ready to put things in motion for the next adventure. I'm already so excited and very anxious to get everything together and ready so we can be together again and I can share a little bit of my world with you one more time. I don't know yet which way I go yet, but I know for sure that I'll have a blast while I'm stepping into this way. And I know this because it takes from me the same passion and love to do it as it took from you when you supported me during the brave new world. And for that, I thank y'all again.
